We can meet with you for one hour (in person or by phone if necessary) and discuss your ideas, what you need, and what you are confused about in relation to the whole e-commerce issue.
Challenge: We have a website but don't think it's really working for us...
Solution: We can start by evaluating it, giving it a general health check, and seeing what your site is doing, what search engines it's located on, and identify any points that may be driving people away or preventing them finding it and accessing it easily. We'll also address any text or download delays that could be affecting your site, and we can also review your overall branding at the same time if necessary.

Solution: Our hosting plans allow you to easily access information that tells you exactly what people are looking at, where they enter and exit pages, how long they may visit for, and when traffic goes up or down relative to promotional activity you may be doing.

Challenge: Can we have an email newsletter that mails personally to our customers?
Solution: We can offer a fully templated newsletter module that matches your website and is really easy to use. The database you can mail to is really easy to update and creating the content in your newsletter is really a piece of cake - if you can use a word processing programme like 'word' then this module is for you too.
Challenge: We need a shopping cart and catalogue but dont know what to tell the bank about our online business needs and how this will all work...
Solution: We will walk you through the whole process and even talk to the bank about merchant online facilities with you there if you need us to. We've done this often enough that we know how to get the job done quickly and seamlessly.
